Coming Home to Family

Staying close to family is something many of the people we support value deeply. Spending time with loved ones has become a meaningful part of life for HE, who lives at our Bridge Road service.

Staff have supported her in staying connected with her family, from regular phone calls to visits together, something that has been one of her goals. These moments have helped strengthen her bond with the people she loves.

Today, HE is there for her family in ways that matter. She takes part in family outings and important moments and never misses a chance to be there for them.

It's wonderful to see HE growing in confidence with her family, and taking such pride in the connection she's built
